In cases where the buyer enters invalid address, refuses the package and/or is not present to receive the package after numerous attempts, you are not eligible for refund/replacement.
If package is returned for a second time after we ship again you are ineligible for a refund and by continuing you purchase you forfeit your rights for charge backs and disputes.
Packages that show delivered through carrier are not eligible for refunds if you claim they are not received.

Areas like: Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, South Africa, Taiwan, Korea Puerto Rico Tunisia usually do not update the tracking from their end. We are not responsible for this and it is up to the buyer to contact their local post office in case tracking does not update. Nonetheless, products do arrive within one month, with some instances products taking up to 3 months to arrive.
